Charlene and her staff were more than helpful in building a plan for me. My home is old and needs work, and I needed to know what to do first. It's gonna be a slightly longer process than I had hoped, but only because Charlene stopped me from rushing into a much less lucrative gameplan. She also brought some things to my attention regarding my current homeowner's insurance that I wish I would have seen a long time ago! As of now, I'll be staying put, but when the time comes to upgrade, I'll be using Charlene, for sure.
